TIME SCALE 26 WEEKS ON SITE LOCATION CENTRAL LONDON STAFF & SPACE 600 PEOPLE 90,000 SQ FT. An in-depth understanding of what Gazprom needed - and wants to become - was the foundation for our design for the company’s HQ. Bringing together five sites under one roof created a ‘Gazprom village’ which vividly expresses its culture and aspiration. The design provides spaces with intelligent flexibility without compromising business efficiency or quality of finish.

Description:
TIMESCALE PHASED WORKS IN OCCUPIED BUILDING LOCATION GLASGOW CONTRACT £5M STAFF & SPACE 940 PEOPLE 55,000 SQ FT. The vibrant contemporary design scheme offers maximum flexibility and innovative meeting and breakout spaces.  Engaging the Three staff played a fundamental and integral part of formulating the design brief. A mechanical and electrical re-design was required to allow for the increased density on the working floors of this exciting project in central Glasgow. IOR embraced the challenge of delivering 6 phases of work in an occupied and multi-tenanted building. We completed the project early.

TIME SCALE 50 WEEKS LOCATION 5 KING WILLIAM ST CONTRACT £ 11M STAFF & SPACE 600 PEOPLE 82,000 SQ FT. The Daiwa Story revolves around the refurbishment of the 82,000 sq ft listed headquarters building at 5 King William Street for Japanese investment bank Daiwa Capital Markets. The building’s stunning exterior and reception area are listed and to be restored and given a more contemporary feel.
