The vibrant contemporary design scheme offers maximum flexibility and innovative meeting and breakout spaces. Engaging the Three staff played a fundamental and integral part of formulating the design brief. A mechanical and electrical re-design was required to allow for the increased density on the working floors of this exciting project in central Glasgow. IOR embraced the challenge of delivering 6 phases of work in an occupied and multi-tenanted building. We completed the project early.
