David Nossiter, the founding director of the company is experienced at working with older buildings and is a RIBA Conservation Registrant. David is the point of contact for clients throughout the process. David won a Sunday Times British Homes Award for the renovation of Listed Church Hill Barn in Suffolk. The project was featured as an exemplary inspirational project for the spring 2025 series of Channel 4's Grand Designs. David has provided architectural advice to The Sunday Times, The FT Weekend and is an expert contributor to Homebuilding & Renovating magazine. He authored a five page guide to barn conversions for Grand Designs magazine. David is a member of the Design Review Panel for Merton Borough Council.
