| Statement: I am a very experienced architect with a portfolio of completed award winning buildings across a wide range of sectors. I enjoy working closely with clients working through the exciting process of developing a new project articulating their vision and advising on the best way to bring this to fruition. I work closely with stakeholders to develop the brief for the project, carry out initial feasibility studies. A well defined brief and a properly developed budget are essential to achieving rapid progress and a high quality design. Extensive experience of managing large multi disciplinary design teams enables me to be an expert monitor of the design team’s work through the stages of the project’s development. I have a detailed knowledge of both design and procurement processes and what is needed to enable high quality design to be achieved. I am used to guiding other designers, encouraging and challenging them to ensure that their design decisions are soundly thought through and will deliver a well resolved building. My role is to support the client in getting a building that fully meets their requirements and that is a delight to use and is delivered within the budget and on time. | |
