Description:
Bespoke dwelling to replace an existing property. Self build. We provided full architectural services from initial concept design to contract administration on site. The house was designed to mimic the steep gables of the adjacent houses whilst providing a significantly larger area at first floor for bedrooms.

Description:

The only way to therefore extend further was using permitted development rights. The orangery style extension was built off the original rear wall of the house, in materials to match the house. Description:
Replacement of a gardeners cottage with new outbuilding for the family to use as a playroom or quiet space. Externally, the design used traditional detailing to match the Victorian house, while internally, the space was contemporary and minimal.
