Description:
We designed a bespoke new home and detached garage for our clients, and obtained Planning Permission for it to replace two existing cottages in the Green Belt. We produced all the detailed drawings and specification, and were involved in contract administration through to completion on site. The house uses an energy efficient ground source heat pump and has bespoke internal hardwood fittings such as the staircase.

Description:
We designed a loft conversion for this property, along with a two storey rear extension. The existing kitchen opened up into the new living area to the rear which was partly double height, and included large aluminium concertina doors. There was a new bedroom and ensuite at first floor level and a further bedroom built in the loft, with a new dormer window. We provided a full service on this project.

Description:
Extensive remodelling and extensions to an Edwardian detached house, with construction of a new silva cedar clad swimming pool building in the garden. Description:
New build detached bespoke house and conversion of existing barn, in Green Belt. The design uses traditional red brick and exposed oak rafters, combined with large well-lit open spaces internally. The property has a semi-basement. We provided a full architectural service on this building, from initial designs through to completion of the work on site.

Description:
We designed a speculative office building for a developer with three lettable floors and a 60 space basement car park, within historic town centre and Conservation Area. We were involved with this project throughout, and administered the contract on site. This building is now fully let.

Description:
Replacement of a gardeners cottage with new outbuilding for the family to use as a playroom or quiet space. Externally, the design used traditional detailing to match the Victorian house, while internally, the space was contemporary and minimal.
